You may be reading this because you are on a roller-coaster that you want to get off but you just don’t know how to. So let’s start with the obvious ones.

  • Smoking: Probably the most asked question is can you stop me from smoking? Yes is the answer, if you want to. There is little point coming to quit ‘the habit’ if you are looking to prove somebody else wrong or if you in fact don’t want to. I can guide you to being a non smoker for sure and I stress non smoker because we all know what a pain ex smokers are!

  • Alcohol: Whatever your reason for starting with alcohol and letting the problem grow and grow into an issue for you, whether you use it to relax, socialise or blank things out. It has obviously become an issue in your life and you can no longer control it with the cravings growing stronger and stronger. Together with hypnosis and other therapies we can break you free completely or simply make you want to drink a lot less.

  • Substance / Drug Addiction: Drugs may have started recreationally for you any may now have taken a hold of you completely. Maybe drugs are now ‘getting you down’ instead of ‘getting you high’. Instead of drugs controlling you, we will work to break the ‘loop’ of the habit, desensitising any triggers and creating a more balanced and calm behaviour with you in control. We may also spend time if useful funding the root of your addiction, as well as lowering any anxieties and boosting your confidence.

  • Many other addictions are part of my services including gambling, food, sex, shopping, sugar, video games and TV. This is by no means and exhaustive list so please contact me to discuss your individual challenges.

Breaking bad habits such as nail biting, hair pulling, emotional habits (anger, resentment, judgement etc), procrastinating, teeth grinding or to be frank habits that either waste your time, your money, damage your health, offend everyone around you or anything you want to stop doing that you simply can’t and want to.
